High Sierra (Access HS5462)
I’m not sure if it’s because I’m an Aries or my personality but I’m very loyal to brands.
About ten years ago, I bought a High Sierra backpack and simply fell in love.
It was spacious and my first with a cushioned back support. Unfortunately, the zipper gave and I lost the use of my best bag.
Thankfully, due to the warranty, I was able to exchange it. Unfortunately again, I was unable to get a replacement bag of the same model or color. That bag served me well until it had to be upgraded for the model shown below.
I want to thank the good people of Holiday Group for taking good care of me. Their excellent level of customer service has further strengthened my loyalty to High Sierra.
